OAK Pensions Limited,a licensed Pension fund Administrators (PFA) has commenced the use of mobile phone applications to provide easy access for its customers to access information on their pension accounts.
The company said this is part of its efforts to provide enhanced services to its Retirement Savings Account holders.
The company’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Samuel Inyang, said with the application, the company’s contributors can now access information on their RSA through mobile applications on Android, iOS and BlackBerry devices.
He said customers could access their RSA anytime on their mobile phones by logging in with their RSA PINs and registered phone numbers.
“The mobile application provides account balance, units, employee and employer information, account statement, access to call centre, company website, help,” he said.
According to him, future update notifications are made available through various application stores, which make it easy for customers to keep up with latest upgrades made to the mobile application.
OAK Pensions is one of the Pension Fund Administrators licensed by the National Pension Commission to provide pension services under the Contributory Pension Scheme.
