Over 2,500 investors to participate at 3rd Real Estate summit

 

Over 2,500 investors have indicated their intention to participate in this year’s edition of the Nigeria Real Estate Summit and Expo, its organisers have said.
Also, at the summit, N20billion worth of real estate deals is expected to be struck.
The summit, which is the 3rd in its series, with the theme: “Collaborating to achieve sustainable funding for adequate and affordable housing in Nigeria”, will hold in Abuja between February 22 and 23, 2018.
According to a statement issued by the head of the summit’s organising team, Mr. Steve Ike, over 100 leading Nigerian companies and their counterpart firms from Ghana, South Africa, UK and United Arab Emirate (UAE) will also participate at the summit.
The statement read: “The Nigeria Real Estate Summit is expected to gather the most influential real estate players, industry professionals and policy makers for two days of expert-led conferences and tailored networking events to learn, share, discuss and chart a new path for the Nigerian real estate industry.
“Stakeholders, during the sessions, would deliberate on five key issues namely land, infrastructure, housing finance, policy and strategy. The summit will also cover current burning issues affecting the industry.
“The summit is expected to welcome over 400 delegates, more than 2,500 investment-ready visitors, C-level executives and top government functionaries, in addition to over N20 billion worth of real estate that is expected to be struck over the two-day event”.
