Three great investments to never ignore!

I am sure that everyone of us would gladly seize a good opportunity to make an investment that will yield a tremendous amount of profit over time, especially if that investment has a proven track record that is excellent.
How would you know a good investment then? Well, consulting with experts in any field of interest is one way, while experience overtime is another.
I have been blessed to have been a beneficiary of a few good investments and it is on this premise that I want to share with you what I have found to be three of the greatest investments you will ever make.

1. Investment in self:
You are the gift that keeps on giving.  The treasure within you is your life’s greatest asset and as such will yield better dividend when harnessed, groomed, trained and polished. Just like silver, gold and diamonds, don’t begin as bright and beautiful as the always look on the display counters but are refined through a lot of gruesome processes. That is how we ought to invest time on ourselves in order to bring out the best in us and being the best version of ourselves as we can possibly be.  Never ignore yourself, always put a lot of quality time into seeing to your wellbeing, physically, mentally, emotionally and intellectually. Groom and re-groom, train and retrain, Polish until the shine can be seen from afar off.  I believe this is the greatest investment of your existence…YOU!

2. Investment in family:
Family is God’s gift to you. A predetermined support system carefully organized for you by God. There is a reason why God does not let us choose who our parents will be or who our brothers and sisters will be, because we most likely are bound to choose wrongly. So God picks who we are born to and where we are born. It will be sad to pass through life without taking full advantage of God’s own support system for us. However, in as much as they are there for us, we ought also to be there for them. Investing time and resources in family is a great investment that yields in great measures. When you invest love, care, time, counsel and money into your family, you are bound to reap it in moments of need just like you withdraw from the bank based on deposits that you have made previously. I know someone might say experience differs but results on average shows that the good in families often outweighs the bad. Stand up for your family,  care for what your family represents, give when you have even without being asked and when you are asked. Show up for family functions as much as you can, it is the right thing to do. The family is a source of support, strength and stability; maximize it.

3. Invest in people:
It is true that business ventures and enterprise are all major parts of life’s investments. One can also talk about property investments yields but human investment is something I have benefitted from the most. Serving people, caring for people, even a thing as little giving someone good advice, be it career, academics or relationships are all investments that yield tremendously over time. You the investor might forget but the ground that benefitted hardly forgets. I have received so many favours at needful points in my life from people who are so happy to be of use to me just because of something I might have considered minor or nothing but to them they say it was life changing or a defining moment. You wonder at that and realize that it is good to be good, truthful and considerate towards people, you never can tell the extent to which that kind word, that concerned expressed or that exam or school fees you helped paid for will go.
That helpless young man or woman today might be the next big thing in the nation. The question is what side of their history will you be on?
Make investments as often as you can, the dividends yield faster than you anticipate. See you at the top!…. Be a Lifechanger!!!!
