UniBen VC promises Kogi-born graduate automatic Job

The vice chancellor, University of Benin (UniBen), Professor Faraday Orumwense has promised automatic employment to UniBen graduating student, Emmanuel Oluwasayomi Ahmadu, popularly known as Mr Voiceover, from department of Mass Communication, for his numerous outstanding achievements around the world, kogireport reveals.  

Ahmadu has won many national award competitions, including a recent international award as ‘Student Brand of The Year In West Africa’ which attracted to him several international recognitions, making the university proud.

He is the brain behind the student NGO named, Mr Voiceover Mentorship Initiative, which has been the voice of hope to the physically challenged, orphans and the internally-displaced persons (IDPs) other less privileged members of the society. He  was recently nominated for a number of international awards.

Recently, the media was awash with the inspiring story of how Mr Voiceover succeeded against all odds despite his ordeals and struggle towards the path of success, as he revealed that he wrote O’level examinations 17 times, attended 16 primary schools, took the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) five times, became an orphan along the line and enrolled into 14 secondary schools before gaining admission into the university, all due to family crises.

He also shared with the media on how he managed suicidal thoughts buy survived attempts; a story which got the attention of several international news outlets and media houses.

His inspiring success story recently got him interviewed on the international television network, British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), and it was also revealed that ‘Great Big Story’, a programme on cable news network (CNN), is currently working to have him share his inspiring story to light up the hope of the depressed and those contemplating suicide across the globe.

In addition to the job promised Mr Voiceover, the UniBen’s VC has also instructed the university librarian to create an archive in the university’s main library where all news about the youngster would be pasted for all to see and be inspired.
