Northern youth urge APC to appoint Dalori as national officer

A political group known as Northern APC Intellectual Youth Forum has urged party stake holders in the country to appoint the Borno state chairman, Honourable Ali Bukar Dalori as a national officer in view of his outstanding performance.

The group in a press statement signed by its chairman, Ukkasha Hamza Rahama and issued to Journalists Wednesday in Bauchi stated that Dalori is the only state chairman who delivered his state almost 100 per cent in the last elections.

Aside that, Rahama said Dalori conducted free and fair primary elections in the state without any rancour which produced Professor Babagana Umara Zulum as governorship candidate of the party, adding that if given higher position he will do well.

“Dalori also delivered 100 per cent from the presidential/ National Assembly election that took place on the 23rd February 2019 as well as the governorship/ state assembly election that was just concluded on the 9th March, 2019”.

” Based on his outstanding performance, May I use this opportunity to appeal to the All Progressives Congress (APC) national leaders right from the national secretariat, state, local government and ward levels to give Dalori opportunity at the national level to bring in his wealth of experience into the party”.

“The man, Honourable Dalori was two term councillor representing his ward, three term democratically elected executive chairman of his local government, two term member, Borno state House of Assembly and currently democratically elected chairman of our dear party, APC, Borno state chapter,” he said.
