Chairman of the House of Representatives committee on the army, Rimande Shawulu has expressed appreciation for his constituents, over the offer of another mandate.
Shawulu emerged victorious as candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the just concluded National Assembly election, by beating his closest opponent from the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr Alex Rimamchika Attahi after polling 26, 015 against 73,258 votes scored by Shawulu.
He said he was overwhelmed by the support he enjoyed from the 3 local government areas that made up of the constituency, and assured them of more development project in their constituency.
Shawulu, an active member on the floor is noted to have sponsored several motions and Bills.
