Tow persons have been confirmed dead in the Osun bank robbery Thursday.
The robbers invaded a Wema bank in Okuku, Odo-Otin local government area of Osun state during the day.
The spokesperson of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), Daniel Adigun, confirmed the killings.
The robbers invaded the bank in the afternoon and started shooting sporadically into the air.
It was gathered that they gained access into the bank, though, no official statement on whether they carted money away.
The police spokesperson, SP Yemisi Opalola, said the police is making efforts to ensure arrest of the robbers.
