General Overseer of Garden of Love and Deliverance Ministry, Prophet Sunday Balogun, has declared that God had informed him that President Goodluck Jonathan would win the 2015 Presidential election if he wished to run.
Balogun told Blueprint yesterday in an exclusive interview that bloodshed prophesies about 2015 general election by some prophets, including him, were true, adding that God had given him an assignment on how to revert the bloodshed that would follow the general elections.
He said: “If he (Jonathan) contests, he will win; you know, Jonathan is a man of integrity, he is not my friend, I have never gone to the Villa, I have never joined in the prayers they used to hold there. Sometimes, they invite me to go and pray in the Villa, I will tell them that I am a prophet, and that until I hear from God, I don’t just move anyhow. I won’t follow them, so, for this reason, I am telling you what I know and what I have seen, that God is behind Jonathan.
“He is not my friend, but he is my leader; I am not saying this in order to get close to him, I am close to God and I think that is enough for me. If I am close to God and I am hearing from God, I am okay. We fasted for him last Friday, I am telling you that if Jonathan will not come back because of this singular act he did (same sex marriage bill), God can bring him back for doing this, honouring God, and it is an abomination before the lord.”
Continuing, he said: “I am telling you that it is going to be bloody but with prayers, what did other prophets saw I am not telling you that they did not see well, but how to proffer solutions to what they saw is what we are talking about here.
