National Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Ahmadu Adamu Mu’azu, yesterday sent a strong message to political holders, saying that the party would not tolerate arrogant politicians and members who were not focused and lacked cool nerves.
Mu’azu, who stated this while receiving a communiqué from the Akwa Ibom state chapter of the PDP on their stakeholders meeting held April 22,  said “I have told the President that whoever do not remain focus and have no cool nerve cannot belong to this party (PDP). Those who want to abuse me should do so, one day it will be over.”

The communiqué had lambasted Gulak for coming to Akwa Ibom state and inaugurated a sectional and an unknown support group in favour of President Goodluck Jonathan without calling on the state’s party leadership.
The communiqué advised Jonathan to caution his aides, who were bent on causing disaffections in various states of the federation, specifically warned

“Alhaji Gulak to desist from further interference in the affairs of the state as we do not need the assistance of any outsider to campaign here for Mr. President.” Gulak was, however, sacked on Tuesday.
Mu’azu said what “is paramount for the party now is for the party to win the 2015 presidential election and not engage in bickering.”

“I am ready to stoop to conquer. That is the spirit I want to put in us, to remain focused, calm and preserve through anything we are going through in the party. I don’t want anybody to imagine Nigeria without PDP.”
Earlier, the Akwa Ibom state chairman of the PDP, Obong Paul Ekpo, said state had passed a vote of confidence on President Jonathan and Mu’azu based for the achievements he had made within three months of assuming office.
