By Muazu Abari Yola The secretary to the Adamawa state government, Dr.umar Bindir has said that Adamawa has not benefited from any federal government project worth N100 million in the last 50 years. Bindir stated this at the weekend in Yola, when NEMA director General, Mohamed Sani Sidi visited the governor to condoled with him and the people of Adamawa state over the recent bomb blast in the state. He called for more federal government presence in the state and assistance in view of the frequent challenges of flooding and insurgency which seriously affected the state adding that, the present administration of Governor Bindow Umaru Jibrilla is facing with a lot of challenges which needed the assistance of the federal government. The SSG further assured that, despite these challenges the administration had achieved a lot within the shortest time and that they would continued to provide dividends of democracy to the people of Adamawa in line with their campaign promises. According to him, the administration policies were anchored on giving back to the people every kobo they received through project execution.
