2019: Elect Leaders with ‘restructuring mentality’, Makwe beckons Nigerians

House of Representative candidate of the People’s Democratic Party PDP  for Ohaozara/Onicha/Ivo (OHANIVO) federal constituency of Ebonyi state Engr Livinus Makwe has beckoned Nigerians to elect leaders with proper understanding of restructuring.

Makwe who noted the importance of democracy dividends said the country is faced with economy challenges that need urgent attention.

Disclosing this in a statement in Abakaliki, Makwe explained that his desire to represent OHANIVO federal Constituency was tuned from his passion  to contribute in building a future for his constituents and entire Nigerians.

According to him: “When I analyse the situation of our country since the inception of this administration in the past three years, I discovered that Nigeria is in a very critical situation, Nigeria is also in a cross road and those that will represent us at the National Assembly must be people of substance.

“The National Assembly needs people who will stand for truth, who will lobby to get something for their people, because Nigeria is a country where you have to fight and struggle for your people. If you don’t struggle for your people, others will take your people’s share. And that is why I have accepted to go and represent them”.

Engr Makwe assured that if elected he will attract government present to the zone noting that those that have represented the zone before had not really done enough to justify the confidence the people reposed on them.

The PDP candidate who last week received support by the stakeholders from the constituency said that he will not disappoint his people by promising to deliver qualitative representation.
