The Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board (PSMPWB), said screening of all the 2019 intending pilgrims would commence Wednesday, July 10.
The Executive Secretary of the board, Ustaz Auwal Abdullahi, said the screening is a must on all intending pilgrim.
Ustaz Abdullahi, in a press release Monday, signed by the board Information Officer Namu Suleiman Sanusi said the screening is in preparation for pilgrims takeoff to the holy land.
The statement reads in part : “The board wishes to announce to the general public and the 2019 intending pilgrims that the commencement of the 2019 screening exercise for the state intending pilgrims is scheduled to take place on Wednesday the 10 of July 2019 at the Board premises by 9 30 am prompt.
“Any intending pilgrim that fail to avail him or herself for the screening may forfeit the chance of performing the 2019 hajj.”
