2019 #Nigeria Decides Presidential outcome: See how APC, PDP fare so far after Ekiti, Osun results’ declaration

The Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), President Muhammadu Buhari, has won the presidential election in Osun and Ekiti States.

In Osun state, the results of the presidential election announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), on Monday at the national collation centre Abuja, showed that APC polled 347, 634 votes, while the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) scored 337, 377 votes.

The State Collation Officer and Vice Chancellor of University of Lagos, Prof Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, who announced the result in Abuja, gave the number of total registered voters at 1, 674, 729, while total accredited voters are: 732, 984. 

Total votes cast stood at 731, 882.Other parties and their scores are; Accord-1098, AAC-1022 and ADC-1529. ADP polled 9057.

In Ekiti State, APC polled 219, 231 votes, while PDP scored 154, 032.
The results were announced by the State Collation Officer and Vice Chancellor of University of Ibadan, Prof Idowu Olayinka.

Olayinka put the number of total registered in the State at 899, 199, while total valid votes were; 381, 132.

Other parties and their scores are; ADC-406, AAC-400, ACD-120, ACPN-99, AGA-35.

Total valid votes at the presidential election in Ekiti state stood at 393, 709, while the rejected votes are 12,577.
