The All Progressives Congress presidential ticket of Senator Asiwaju Ahamed Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima has received a boost with the inauguration of the South West Chapter Exco’s and Coordinators of the APC Grassroots Governance Group (APC G3).
The event which held on Thursday at the NUJ Secretariat, Akure, Ondo state was attended by politicians from the region.
In her welcome address, the Ondo state APC G3 Coordinator, Hon. (Mrs) Esther Olotu-Anunobi, aka (“Iyalanu”), said Nigerian need someone with capacity to rescue the country from decadence, adding that, Tinubu/ Shettima project is a prospect and hope of Nigerian, come 2023.
She added that the APC G3 for Tinubu/ Shettima group in the Southwest would also ensure that all the APC candidates are delivered in the 2023 elections.
Inaugurating the Coordinators, the National Coordinator of APC G3 for Tinubu/Shettima presidential ambition campaign, Hon. Amechi Chuks Oyema, said the group has structures in the 36 states and FCT working for the success of the party in the election.
He enjoined the newly Inaugurated Exco’s and State Coordinators in the Southwest to re-double their efforts by embarking on various campaign, from ward level to the State by preaching the gospel of Tinubu/ Shettima.
Meanwhile, other State G3 for Tinubu/ Shettima state coordinators which were in attendance, includes Lagos state Gbenga Aguda, Osun Coordinator Hon. Taiwo Ajao, Oyo, Ekiti and Ogun State Coordinators.
Other Exco members on ground for the inauguration Kolawole, Lagos State Logistics, and Hon. Tijani Kabiru, Osun State Logistics.
Similarly, Mr Sulaiman Alaba, aka “Alaje” was also inaugurated as Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Ambition Campaign 2023 APC G3 Coordinator in Owo Local Government Area along side with other Excos.
