2023: Group moves to actualise Igbo presidency

A group known as South East for President 2023 (SE4President2023) on Tuesday said emphatically that the 2023 general election would produce Igbo presidency.
The group which made the statement through  it’s  National Coordinator, Rev.  Okechukwu Obioha, noted that Igbo presidency would engender peace and unity in the country.
According to a press release made available to journalists in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state capital Rev. Obioha stated the efforts of the group to ensure that south east produce the next president in 2023.

The group had been mobilising support for 2023 south-east presidency and expressed optimism that the project would become a reality.
It therefore called for total mobilisation for 2023 south-east presidency project and announced that there would be national conference in Enuguon April this year to actualise the objective.
Obiora said, “We are grateful to the Almighty God for the journey mercies and successes granted us through the one week marathon National Team visits to the Southeast States. Indeed the sacrifices and candour exhibited by the officers and the warmth reception accorded us by the State Coordinators and their executives, spoke volumes of a project that is positively forgone.
“We shall make it. 2023 will surely see a President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria come from the southeast. In other to see to its fruition, we must intensify our efforts and depend on God for the necessary provisions required to prosecute this project.
“This mobilisation is very important, as at least a representative of every ward in the Southeast states, must attend this all important 2020 SEFORP2023 annual conference in Enugu by April 29 and 30, 2020 in Enugu. Calendars should be marked.”
