2023: Katsina PDP guber candidate assures end to insecurity if elected

Katsina state Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP), governorship candidate, Senator Yakubu Lado Danmarke, has assured the electorate of ending the security situation bedeviling the state within the shortest possible time if elected.

Danmarke gave this assurance while addressing thousands of party faithful at the flag-off of his campaign held in Funtua town Katsina state on Wednesday.

Similarly, he promised to revive the already battered economy of the state to enable businesses to thrive across the 34 Local Government Areas.

He said, “My administration would within the shortest possible time decisively bring an end to the menace of banditry to ensure that people sleep with their two eyes closed.

The state PDP gubernatorial candidate enjoined the electorate to support his party to ensure that the APC is voted out in the state.

“The PDP had ruled for 16 years and made its mark in governance through the numerous achievements attained in the state, if elected the state would benefit more”, he assured.

He urged the people to get their PVCs handy and ensure that they vote all PDP candidates in the coming general elections to reap desired benefits.

“There is no any party better than the PDP, let’s work hard to ensure that we all join forces together to change the change in the coming general elections”, Danmarke concluded.

Alhaji Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa, the DG Atiku/Lado Campaign Council in the state, on his part, said the recent presidential rally in Katsina and the gubernatorial candidate campaign flag off was an indication that the people were behind the party.

“It is time for the people to vote wisely in the forthcoming general elections in the state”, he said.

Senator Ahmed Babba Kaita, the PDP Daura senatorial candidate, his Katsina and Funtua senatorial zones counterparts, in their separate remarks, called on the electorate to support the party and vote out the ruling APC to enable them better their lot.
