2023: Peter Obi, LP will win Plateau – Official 

The Plateau state coordinator, Labour Party (LP), Presidential Campaign Council, Bako Nanze, said their presidential candidate, Peter Obi, would win the majority votes in the forthcoming 2023 polls in the state.

The coordinator in a media interview said they were confident of winning the election across Nigeria more so that the inability of both the All Progressives Congress (APC) and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the last 24 years to deliver dividends of democracy.

“We are confident because every Nigerian knows that the PDP and the APC have failed the country.

“We are living on the evidence of under performance and misgovernment of the ruling party. 

“In addition to that, on the national scale are rising, the youth are recognising because of the effect of mismanagement from high potential country to the very disappointing level of performance,” he said.

Mr. Nanze, said these two main drivers created an environment where the Labour Party has been the only option. 

He said, “For us who are in the movement, we are selling ourselves. Nigerians are seeing the difference that we can offer and hopefully that would resolve to a surprise.”

Mr. Nanze stressed that his led campaign council, is working hard to win the hearts of the voters.

“We will continue to do more to ensure victory, the suffering has made many Nigerians to jump the fence – from the PDP and the APC to the LP,” he said.
