2023: Youth league hails SIP success in Kwara  

League of Kwara Youths Movement Wednesday applauded the Social Investment Programme (SIP) of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s administration, describing it as the most expressive and credible programme. 

The group warned youths in the state not to give saboteurs a chance to operate ahead of the 2023 general elections so as not to rob them of the benefits of the administration. 

Addressing a world press conference in Ilorin, convener of the group, who is also national vice president of the Youth Council of Nigeria, Comrade Akoshile Mukhtar, said the league assessed the policies and projects of AbdulRazaq’s administration and concluded that he deserves a second term.

He listed the major strides AbdulRazaq’s administration in youth engagement, education, infrastructure, health ,economy amongst others as second to none in the history of the state.

Independent assessment of the programmes, policies and projects of the Kwara state government spread across three senatorial  districts of the state.

“The governor has also shown himself to be  interested in the plight of the downtrodden in society through Establishment of Kwara State Social Investment Program (KWASSIF), which is the most extensive social investment programme in the history of Nigeria that is driven by innovative data collected over time.”
