NIWOSEC Executive director bags doctorate degree

The Executive director/Lead strategist, Nigerian Workforce Enlightenment Centre (NIWOSEC), Com.(Dr) David Kayode Ehindero, was conferred with a doctorate degree (Honoris Causa) in Philosophy by Freedom University and Theological Seminary Potts town, P.A USA (African campus).

The award ceremony/graduation ceremony of the 2019 class saw ten other recipients being honoured alongside Ehindero.

Speaking at the ceremony, the presiding Chancellor (FRUITS) (AC), Archbishop Prof. Edwin Ozuzu described the honoris causa award as non-academic but one designed to recognized Nigerians who have excelled and succeeded in all what they have done.

He said: “Our honoris causa award is non academic. It is meant to commend the efforts and support from friends and alumni of the institution,”

Speaking further, he said: “Our Christian University started with facility of religious education but will eventually be a multi-discipline established theological institution that affects the
world positively.”

Responding after the conferment, the NIWOSEC boss, Dr. Ehindero said the conferment was going to spur him to greater service for the nation, saying: ” it will be a good thing for Nigeria to imbibe the attitude of honoring people working behind the scene to make Nigeria great.

Speaking further, he said: “Our educational system must encourage street education such that education will be retailed. Our curriculum needs urgent restructuring to allow for promotion of self sustainability and self reliance.

Established in 2005 with viable campuses in various centres of the world, Nigeria centre is in affiliation with Omega Power Ministry.
