He assured Bayelsans that he would build a refinery through public-private partnership in the state if he emerged the governor of the state.

He stated that he would maximize the state’s oil and gas resources to build a modular refinery to advance development, employment generation and boost the welfare of the residents of the state.

He added that if elected his administration would pay particular attention to industrialization, quality health care, and education.

Okoko said, “ No man likes the sound of Ak-47 we will create an atmosphere and opportunities to engage our youths, we will bring them together.  So, I am in the race to render service in a greater capacity.”

In his responses the speaker of the House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Tonye Emmanuel Isenah said, “Is good to start like this, whoever that wins will have a robust relationship with the house so that the assembly can function.”
