In his remarks, the Director of Education, Air Commodore Sani Naiya, appreciated the state government for constructing and donating the school to the force assuring that the ration of recruitment of pupils and students into the school would be reviewed in favour of the state.
He said the Nigeria Air Force would employ teachers and non teaching staff from the locality, adding that the Nigeria Air force schools were noted for maintaining high educational standards which had resulted in students of the school winning many national and international laurels.
