President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday night hosted members of the House of Representatives elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to a dinner at the State House Conference Centre in Abuja.
Sources told Blueprint newspaper that the meeting was conveyed to draw attention on the need to ensure that what transpired in 2015 concerting leadership of the National Assembly does not occur again.
National chairman of the APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, had warned members of the party that the game was a winner-takes-all, thus making it clear to the opposition parties in the legislature that there was nothing to share with the majority party in the Senate and the House of Representatives.
