In Kogi, Bello appoints acting Chief Judge

Kogi state governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has approved the appointment of Justice H.A. Olusiyi to perform the functions of the Chief Judge of the state. 

This was contained in a statement issued on Friday by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Mr Onogwu Mohammed, and made available to newsmen in Lokoja, the state capital.

In a related development, the governor has also approved the appointment of Hon. Justice Bayo Olowosegun to perform the functions of the President of the Customary Court of Appeal in Kogi state.

The appointments followed the demise of Justices Nasiru Ajana and Shaibu Atadoga respectively 

Both appointments are for a period of three months.
