African Court set to deliver 5 judgments

The African Court on Human and Peoples’ rights sitting in Arusha in Tanzania, will today (Thursday) deliver five judgments on Wednesday.

The delivery of judgments which will take place at its Seat in Arusha, Tanzania, and will be  streamed live.

In a press release signed and made available to Blueprint, the Registrar of the court, Dr. Robert Eno Judgments hinted that judgment will be delivered on the following matters: Application 008/2015- Shukurani Masegenya Mango and Thobias Mangara Mango v United Republic of TanzaniaApplication 015/2015 Godfred Antony and KifundaIsite v United Republic of Tanzania, Application 018/2015 – Benedicto Daniel Mallya v United Republic of Tanzania, Application 025/2015 Majid Goa alias Vedatus v United Republic of Tanzania and Application 013/2017 – Sebastien GermainAjavon v. Republic of Benin (Reparations).

The Court which meets four times a year in is composed of eleven Judges, nationals of Member States of the African Union elected in their individual capacity.
