Agara denies secretly picking Reps forms O

Nasarawa Deputy Governor and frontline governorship aspirant, Silas Ali Agara, has debunked claims that he has secretly obtained the Expression of Interest and Nomination forms for the House of Representatives for the Akwanga, Wamba and Nasarawa Eggon Federal Constituency.
This was sequel to claims by an online platform publication which alleged that the governorship aspirant had secretly purchased the forms as fallback incase he fails to secure the mandate of the APC delegates at the September 29th governorship primaries.
But in a swift reaction, the Silas Ali Agara’s Campaign Organization dismissed the claim describing it as unfounded and baseless allegation manufactured by his detractors.
A statement signed by the Agara Campaign Organization, Director General, Honourable Musa Yusuf Omaki, said it received with rude shock the ridiculous extent people could go to score cheap political point through undue blackmail.
“We wish to refute this fake insinuation in its entirety as a baseless lie concocted from the figment of the writers’ imagination.
“That the information was provided through an aide of the deputy governor by proxy and that the campaign organization declined comment on the matter was rather imaginary.
“It is, however, laughable to think that the deputy governor, who is currently leading 10 other aspirants in popularity and acceptability by the electorates in Nasarawa state, will sneak to Abuja to obtain a Reps forms under disguise? “We, therefore, wish to appeal to the general public and indeed supporters of the “we believe project 2019” to disregard this baseless information as it is a cheap blackmail by those already threatened by the soaring popularity of our incoming Governor by the grace of God”, the statement.
