President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of a new Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD).
The Permanent Secretary, Dr. Abdulkadir Mu’azu takes over from Dr. Mohammed Bello Umar, who has been redeployed to another ministry.
A statement by the ministry’s director of Information Mr Ogaziechi Theodore, said Dr Abdulkadir Mu’aza who until his recent re-deployment was the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Mines and Steel, had earlier served in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural.
