Aisha Buhari calls for an all-inclusive government in Adamawa

Wife of the president Hajiya Aisha Buhari  has called on the incoming Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) led administration of Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri to run an all-inclusive government  that will bring the people of the state together regardless of party affiliations.

She gave this advice on Saturday in yola while speaking at Adamawa state stakeholders town hall meeting organised by her in collaboration with some concerned indigenes of the state.

She also called for the appointment of likeminded men and women with good character, high sense of commitments and capacity for transformation into various positions by the administration regardless of religion, ethnic and political affiliations.

“My plea to the incoming administration is that of all inclusive governance, a government that will serve as a unifying factor by bringing people from different background regardless of political affiliations. We have many of such people in our state I can assure you so let give it a try,” she said.

She said convening periodic town hall meetings such as this across the different zones of the state will serve as a platform for engagement and exchange of ideas between the government and the people.

She also called for the establishment of Adamawa development trust fund through which development projects can be finance and implemented to compliment government efforts in achieving some of its development goals.
