Aliyu emerges Zuru LG chair of Miyetti Allah

The Miyyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association in Zuru local government area of Kebbi state has elected new executives that would run the affairs of the association for the next four years.
The occasion which took place at the Zuru town unity hall had the attendance of the local government council chairman, Alhaji Kabiru Abubakar Rafi , government officials, politicians and Fulani herdsmen within and outside the state.
The election had among others returned Abubakar Aliyu as chairman, Jamilu Umar as vice chairman while the posts of secretary general and treasurer went to Umar Mohammad Beyga and Alhaji Dikko, respectively.
The state secretary of the association, Malam Ibrahim Jodi Jega, called on the new exco to discharge their duties as enshrined in its constitution while enjoining them to send their wards to school to acquire both western and eastern education rather than to allow them on cattle rearing errands.
