Chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC), Alhaji Garus Gololo has declared his support for the Bauchi state state governor, Senator Bala Muhammed.
Senator Mohammed who is a PDP governor won the heart of Alhaji Gilolo as a result of his impressive performance since he mounted the saddle as helmsman of the state.
Gololo made his position known while speaking with newsmen in Abuja Wednesday. He said Sen Muhammed is a people’s choice and he knows how to circulate developmental projects to the people of the state.
He said the former APC governor did not do anything for his people and was why he was voted out and a credible person was elected to continue.
He sad: “Honestly, I prefer Senator Bala Muhammed to my own party man that did nothing before he was voted out. I was in Bauchi state during the reign of Barrister Mohammed, there is nothing like development in the state and for that reason, the people of Bauchi should throw their weight behind the present governor to continue with his developmental style,” he said.
On the latest Supreme Court judgment in Imo state, Gololo congratulated the incoming governor, Hope Uzodinma for his victory, urging him to use the mandate given to him to develop the state.”
