APC chieftain urges Buhari to prioritise on security

A chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Benue state, Garus Gololo has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to focus on the security of the nation, just has he congratulated him on his inauguration for a second term.

Gololo said this in his congratulatory message to the president and prayed God to guide him against plans to destabilise his government.

“Those, who are causing insecurity in this country, God will exposed them. They will never succeed because Buhari is guided by God Almighty. So anybody that has prepared to disturb his second term would be disgrace”, he said.

He also congratulated the president for making June 12 Democracy Day in Nigeria, saying that it was former President Olusegun Obasanjo that initiated the recognition of the date.

Also, the APC chieftain commended the governor of Katsina state, Aminu Bello Masari, for signing into law a bill on death sentence for kidnappers, saying that it would go a long way to deter such evil act.

He added that Nigeria should adopt Central Intelligent Agency (CIA) mechanism for curbing crimes as it obtains in America, saying it would hasten the arrest and prosecution of persons involved in all manners of criminalities.

Gololo called on President Buhari to dissolve board memberships immediately and appoint new ones saying that is one of the people’s expectations.
