APC inaugurates women campaign council in Osun

The All Progressives Congress (APC), Friday, launched the women campaign council tagged Akoni Obinrin to canvass votes and mobilise support for the presidential candidate of the party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

The campaign council was launched at the Ileri-Oluwa campaign office, Osogbo, where the wife of the Osun state governor, Kafayat Oyetola and wife of former governor of Oyo state, Florence Ajimobi, led hundreds of women for the mobilisation.

The Osun coordinator, Kafayat Oyetola, explained that the focus of the council was to mobilise, in an unprecedented manner for Tinubu in the 2023 elections.

She said, “We can do this again. We must get into each house in this state and get every eligible voter to come out and do the needful. Let us mobilize every vote for the people that know the way, starting with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and every contestant on the platform of the All Progressive Congress.”
