In their separate speeches, earlier, the immediate chapter president of the club adviced his successor on upholding the guiding principles of Rotary International of a strong, common purpose and direction, while his successor, Prof. Uche Nwogwugwu installed as 36 president of the club, pledged to run a transparent administration in line with the objective of rotary and its Four Way Test.
