Justice Dongban-Mensem who doubles as the founder of Pa William Mensem Schools and Scholarship Foundation (PAWMESFO), said at the occasion that the decision to establish the multipurpose hall was to bring free quality education closer to the community through the establishment of modern educational facility that will illuminate their future.

The erudite judge noted that his late son, fondly called “De Boss” was instrumental to the establishment of the foundation.

“De Boss played a vital role as a founding member of the Pa Williams Mensem Schools and Scholarship Foundation. Our vision has been to bring free quality education within reach of the people. In this area, we noticed that children were attending school but graduating without even reading a book,” he said.
