Ararume pops champagne at Ibari Ogwa

Governorship candidate of the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in the 2011 general election in Imo state, Senator Godwin Ifeanyi Ararume, stormed the popular Ibari Ogwa Village Entertainment centre over the weekend with his entourage where he mingled with merry makers who were also there to stretch their bones.

The main event of the day got to its peak when his presence was announced by the night’s Master of Ceremony to the surprise of many who never knew that he was among the sea of heads popping champagne, Bailey, Remmy Martins, St Michael’s etc.
Ararume, who still has the burning desire to oust the incumbent governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, in 2015, did not hide his feelings when the MC commanded him to stand up and wave to the crowd at the centre if he really wanted to occupy Imo State Douglas’

House in 2015. Without wasting a second, the former senator representing Imo North Senatorial District (Okigwe Zone) in the National Assembly stood up and waved amidst applause from the crowd. But little did he know that the MC had mischief up his sleeve, because immediately after the applause, he told the crowd that he had succeeded in commanding the governorship aspirant which ordinarily would not have been possible.
In the past, many personalities made up of politicians and Nollywood artistes have stormed Ibari Ogwa centre for relaxation and entertainment.
