The federal road (Gusau road, Zamfara state) which passes through my town, Shuni, is not in good condition due to some environmental factors. There are a lot of potholes on the road; this causes lots of accidents because of the influx of heavy trucks and the bad condition of the road.
The federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) recorded 585 deaths and 180 Injuries in about 600 crashes across the nation between December 15 and January 15, 2021. I, therefore, call on the Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA) to come to our aid so that there won’t be needless waste of lives.
