Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi state has condoled with the families of four personalities of state who died on Thursday in a road accident on the Yauri – Birnin Kebbi highway en route from Abuja.
The governor, who was in company of the Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN) prayed Allah to grant them Aljannah Firdausi and their families the fortitude to bear the loss.
Those departed were a former member of the state House of Assembly, Aliyu Tanko Nassarawa (Kwara), a Pharmacist, Hussaini Abdullahi Goro, a former councilor in Gwandu local government, Abubakar Gwabare, and former vice chairman of Argungu local government, Yakubu Magaji Alwasa, who were close associates of the Minister of Justice.
The funeral prayer was held at the Emir’s palace Juma’at Mosque, Birnin Kebbi.
