No fewer than two persons were killed while three others were seriously injured as a result of a ghastly motor accident which occurred in Jiyan Village of Kirikasamma local government area of Jigawa state.
The accident which occurred yesterday in the afternoon left one Yusuf Fading and Wada Fading dead.
An eyewitness said the driver was on a high speed which as a result, the bus turned down and wrecked havoc.
The chairman of the local government, Alhaji Mamoud Mattafari, who visited the scene of the accident, sympathised with the victims and warned motorists plying the roads in the area from wreck less driving and abide by the traffic regulations.
He said the Council would shoulder the responsibility of treating those who were injured at the Rasheed Shekoni Specialist Hospital, Dutse.
In similar development, a driver has heat and killed a motorcyclist along Arawa Baturiya road also in Kirikasamma local government area of the state yesterday.
