Beach Soccer: Super Sand Eagles draws Brazil in FIFA W/Cup

Nigeria’s Super Sand Eagles  have be drawn against the defending champions, Brazil in Group D stage of the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup holding in Paraguay, South America  from November 21st to December 1st, 2019.

The Eagles according to the draw held at CONMEBOL Convention Centre in Asuncion, Paraguay over the weekend  also include Oman and Portugal.

Five-time competition winners Brazil kick off their campaign against Oman on November 22 while Nigeria will face Portugal a day later.

Host Paraguay will play Japan in the tournament opener on Thursday November 21st in Group A which also include Switzerland and USA.

Runners-up at the last two world finals, the ever-entertaining will play against Italy in Group B while two-time world champions Russia will do likewise against Senegal.

The 16 participating nations for this year’s final are Paraguay ,Uruguay ,Belarus, Brazil

Japan ,Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Switzerland, Italy, Senegal, Portugal, USA, Tahiti ,Russia and Nigeria.
