Media Professionals have called on the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to begin preparations in earnest after dismal performance of Super Eagles at the just concluded FIFA World Cup in Russia.
The Media men under the aegis of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), FCT chapter made the call as part of the communiqué issued at the end of its general congress in Abuja yesterday.
SWAN with its representation spread across all media platforms across the country also expressed dismay over the treatment meted out on its members and other Well-meaning Nigerians in Russia following their shameful ejection from hotel while the 2018 World Cup was still on.
The congress while taking a look at other happenings in Nigeria Sports also beckoned on the Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Solomon Dalung to spare no effort in ensuring accelerated repair works on various National pitches and tracks especially in Abuja.
