Blueprint begins printing in Lagos

Blueprint Newspapers Limited will begin the printing of its daily and weekend titles  in Lagos beginning  from Monday, June 23, 2019.

A statement issued Thursday by the management said the decision was to complement the printing from the Abuja end, which overtime, had not been able to meet the rising desire of the medium’s teeming readers in the Southern part of the country.

It said: “The management has concluded arrangement to commence the printing of  Blueprint (daily and weekend titles) in Lagos.  The decision is part of the company’s drive to further improve the visibility of the newspapers not only in the South-west, but also the entire southern part of the country.

“The printing, which takes effect Monday (June 23,2019) is a response to numerous calls by our teeming readers and advertisers who have formed a solid partnership  with the newspapers, and  also further increase our visibility in other places.

“For us, we are always ready to continue serving our teeming consumers without compromising professional ethics and national interests. This is responsive and responsible journalism; a path we had chosen to thread since debuting some eight years ago.

“The management wishes to add that the simultaneous printing in both Abuja and Lagos is just one of the many strategies the company is adopting to further improve the Blueprint brand, while others will be unfolded in due course. ”
