Blueprint’s Editor-in-Chief bags Daily Trust excellence award

The Editor-In-Chief, Blueprint Newspapers, Hajiya Zainab Suleiman Okino has been nominated for the Daily Trust Excellence Award.
The award, which holds tomorrow in Abuja, is to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the newspaper.
According to a statement signed by the medium’s Associate Director, Business, Aliu Akoshile, the award is in recognition of her “contribution to the growth of the company, especially as the Managing Editor, during the two decades of the company’s existence.
” Okino will be presented with the prestigious award at a ceremony scheduled for the Banquet Hall of the NAF Conference Centre and Suites, Kado, Abuja.
The event, which promises to be colourful, will be marked with an exhibition of outstanding works and panel discussion on “Journalism as Business -News, Views and Advertising.
