Coach Ladan Bosso will earn N5m bonus should he qualify new club Abia Warriors for international football competition next season.
Bosso was yesterday presented as coach of newly promoted Abia Warriors after his inability to get his contract renewed by Bayelsa United.
The former Nigeria U-20 coach informed MTNFootball.com he would be paid a monthly salary of N1.5m after signing-on fee was abolished by the league authorities.
He has signed a year’s contract with the Umuahia-based outfit who are set to debut in the Nigeria top flight in the new season.
Bosso has been one of the most go-about coaches in the Nigerian league as he has changed clubs in the last four seasons.
During the period, he handled Niger Tornadoes, Wikki Tourists, Kano Pillars and Bayelsa United.
Last season, he led Bayelsa to finish third and thus qualify to feature in this year’s CAF Confederation Cup.
