[Breaking] 2022 Hajj: Nigeria gets over 43,000 slots

The Saudi authorities have allocated 43,008 pilgrims’ quota to Nigeria for the 2022 Hajj exercise.

Chairman of the National Hajj Commission (NAHCON), Alhaji Zhikrullah Kunle Hassan, disclosed this on Thursday while briefing Chief executive of state Muslim pilgrims welfare boards, agencies and commissions in Abuja.

According to him, “On the allocation, the states are having 33, 976 while the tour operators are having 9, 032.”.

He stressed that all intending pilgrims must be registered online through the E-Hajj and the Hajji Service Scheme and other platforms.

NAHCON also hinted that all registration guidelines will be made available soon and every registration procedure shall be strictly in accordance with the guideline.
