The abducted chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nasarawa state, Philip Shekwo, lifeless body was found a meter away from his house on Kurikyo road in Lafia, the state capital.
The Police Public relations officer Nasarawa state command ASP Rahnam Nansel just confirmed the latest development to Blueprint on Sunday afternoon.
He said investigation is ongoing, and his corpse has been deposited for post mortem examination.
The APC chairman was kidnapped Saturday night by unknown gunmen in his residence on Saturday.
