An appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC), challenging the judgment of a High Court in Rivers State which barred the party from conducting any primaries in the state to nominate candidates to represent the party in the forth coming election, has been struck out by the Supreme Court.
The judgement by the Apex Court was dished out, barely one week after same court stopped the central rulling party from fielding candidates in all elections in the state.
