President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday met with the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, Chairman of the Nigerian Governor’s Forum, Aminu Tambuwal, among others behind closed doors, inside Aso Villa Abuja.
The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Abdulrasheed Bawa; as well as the Chief of Defence Staff, Gen Lucky Irabor were also at the meeting which is believed to have been convened due to lingering naira scarcity in parts of Nigeria.
