The Supreme Court Friday in Abuja, declared as unlawful and unconstitutional the Executive Order 10 (EO10) issued by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Blueprint reports that the Order 10 which borders on the funding of State Judiciary and Legislature became a controversial debate a few months back and consequently triggered a face-off between the central and State Governors in the country.
