President Muhammadu Buhari will later on Thursday address Nigerians in a Nationwide broadcast by 7pm.
In series of tweet by Spokesman, Garba Shehu, a while ago revealed that government-owned radio and television platforms would be the official broadcast points.
He then urged other stations to hook up to either of them.
