President Muhammadu Buhari has decorated Chief of Army Staff Major Gen. Yahaya Farouk with the new rank of Lieutenant-General.
President Buhari was assisted by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo at a short ceremony inside state house Abuja, just before the Federal Executive Council meeting started.
