Justice Mohammed Idris of the Federal High Court Lagos has sentenced former Abia state Governor Orji Uzor Kalu to 12 years’ imprisonment after he was found guilty of N7.65 billion fraud.
The Judge also ordered the winding up of Kalu’s company, Slok Nigeria Limited, charged as third defendant in the case.
